Refund Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Patifot sells two things: an operator subscription and prepaid AI photo credits. This page explains when we refund them. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not limit rights you have under mandatory law.

Subscriptions

  • First purchase. If you bought your first subscription less than 14 days ago and have not yet published an event, we refund it in full on request.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period; already-started periods are not refunded pro rata.
  • Forgotten renewals. If a monthly subscription renewed and you have not used the service in the new period, ask within 14 days of the renewal and we refund it.
  • Week passes are one-time purchases. They are refundable within 14 days if you have not published an event with them.

AI credits

  • Unused packs. A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been spent.
  • Spent credits. Credits already used for generations, including test runs in the prompt sandbox, are not refundable.
  • Negative balance. If your balance is negative, a new pack first settles the debt; the refundable amount is what remains unspent.
  • Failures on our side. If generations failed during an event because of a fault in our service, tell us within 14 days and we return the affected credits to your balance.

How to request a refund

Email support@patifot.app from the address on your account, with the order reference from your invoice. Refunds are processed through our payment partner to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

A note on consumer law

Patifot is a business tool and our customers act in the course of their trade. If you nonetheless qualify as a consumer under your local law, the statutory withdrawal and warranty rights of that law apply and nothing here reduces them.
